Surah Ar-Ra'd, Verse 12 (13:12)
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ (13:12)
It is He who shows you lightning, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
